We have just gone live with the news about bringing our smart contract solution to Taiwan. After a successful launch in Japan last year we saw the demand within the south east Asia region for a secure, robust way to develop smart documents, smart contracts and other blockchain-based services. Blockchain-based SaaS contract & document platform expansion comes as digital transformation continues in the Asia-Pacific region, following the company's launch in Japan last summer

TAIPEI, TAIWAN / ACCESSWIRE / May 18, 2021 / ShelterZoom, a smart contract, and document management solutions provider announced today its smart-document platform (blockchain-enabled) "DocuWalk" is now available in Taiwan to service both public and private sector products demand. The expansion will support and enable the SE Asia market's growth to quickly access DocuWalk's turn-key, blockchain-enabled, smart-contract, and document management services. The new expansion comes on the heels of the successful deployment of DocuWalk Japan.

ShelterZoom Taiwan is expected to be fully operational by June 2021. The blockchain-based, smart document solution, DocuWalk, will service Taiwan enterprises, government agencies, and individuals. A small business solution roll-out is expected in late 2021. ShelterZoom Taiwan is led by technology veteran Mr. JH Chen.

Product Releases

The Chinese Version Of DocuWalk.com Is Now Live, Plus A Few More Updates

Take a spin through the latest version of our website—now available in Mandarin Chinese. Similar to the way you can navigate to the Japanese version of our website, just go to the lower right hand corner and click on the country flag. It will pop up the different language options, so just click on the version you prefer and the site will reload in the new language. You can also go directly to the URL: For Chinese: tw.docuwalk.com or for Japanese: ja.docuwalk.com. If you log in to your account from either site you can type in the chosen language and create all your documents in the one you prefer. Our blockchain signatures work the same way across the three sites, with the additional option for a Hanko stamp on our Japanese site.

We also have some more improvements to DocuWalk, including an easier sign in process and a few more options when it comes to Templates.

Templates

Users can move or copy an individual Template file using a dropdown menu. Right click on the Template card to make the dropdown menu show up and then select Move or Copy.

Users can delete shared Templates.

Navigation Bars

We've made it easier to navigate all your files by adding Navigation Bars at the top of your screen. The tell you exactly which folder or sub-folder you are in and if you want to back up a few steps you just need to click on the name of the folder. No need to press the Back button in your browser repeatedly to get where you want to go.

Sign-Up Process

We have also streamlined the sign-up process so a new user doesn't have to click through as many screens to create an account.

Product Release Notes: 3.1

DocuWalk 3.1 went live on Monday, the 22nd of March 2021. Here’s an overview of a few updates to our platform.

Custom Branding

Now you or your organization can have a custom logo appear at the top of the application. This gives you or your company more visibility so when your clients or other users are interacting with documents inside DocuWalk they’ll see your logo right up top.

File Management

When you delete an entire project a warning will appear asking you if you are sure you want to delete the Project. If the Project folder is empty, no warning will appear.

Note: in DocuWalk whenever a contract has been signed it is not possible to delete the file.

Upgraded Elements

When you click out of an Element it now has a Saving Changes message appear.

Avatars are a little less blurry

Navigation

Now you can navigate to a document directly from the avatar pictures under the alarm bell. Each notification in the menu will have a link to the document it references.

Upgraded Avatars

We also made some improvements to the avatar pictures that show up for each account owner. They are less blurry and if you hover your cursor over the picture the person’s full name will appear. Avatars will also now appear in chat messaging. Users can also see all the other users of a document by clicking on File Information.
